Hi! I am Kristina, your partner in pediatric sleep coaching and optional nutrition education. My mission is to help families establish healthy sleep and eating habits for their little ones, leading to better sleep and overall well-being. ​​As a working mom who faced the challenges of sleepless nights with my firstborn, I understand the struggle of balancing work and parenting, especially while lacking sleep. Through this gentle approach, I witnessed the transformative power of restful sleep for both my daughter and myself, it felt like magic. This experience led me to find my passion helping other families find their own magic in achieving peaceful nights. This is why I created Little Rest & Fuel. I am here to empower you with the tools and knowledge needed to make informed decisions for your child's sleep and overall health.

Improving Sleep Quality

As a Registered Dietitian and Sleep Coach, I’ve seen firsthand how interconnected sleep and nutrition are in a child’s overall well-being. Poor sleep contributes to difficulties with appetite, mood, and behavior. So, I decided to expand my expertise and become a Pediatric Sleep Coach to offer more comprehensive support for families who are struggling with their child’s sleep. By combining my knowledge of nutrition and sleep science, I’m able to guide families in a way that honors both their child’s developmental needs and their family’s lifestyle. My mission is to help individuals achieve better sleep quality and overall well-being. With a passion for promoting healthy sleep habits, I work closely with clients to develop personalized strategies for improving their sleep patterns. My approach combines expertise in sleep science with a compassionate understanding of each individual's unique needs. By empowering clients to make positive changes in their routines, I aim to enhance their quality of life and promote long-term health benefits. I am committed to staying updated with the latest advancements in pediatric sleep and nutrition science to deliver the highest quality of care. Whether you're seeking guidance on sleep routines, nap transitions, or feeding schedules, I will guide you step-by-step to restore restful, consistent sleep. 

As a Registered Dietitian, I also understand how critical proper nutrition is for healthy sleep patterns. Many sleep disruptions can be tied to poor eating habits, food sensitivities, or nutritional imbalances. I incorporate this knowledge into my sleep coaching services, offering holistic advice that connects both sleep and nutrition to improve your child’s overall health.

My Qualifications

  • Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD): I hold a degree in Dietetics and am a board-certified Registered Dietitian. I use this expertise to help families develop healthy eating habits that support good sleep.

  • Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant: I'm a pediatric sleep consultant with training in sleep for ages 0-5. 

  • Family-Centered Support: As a mom myself, I understand how challenging it can be to balance your child’s needs with the demands of everyday life. I take a compassionate, family-centered approach to my work and aim to make the process as stress-free and manageable as possible.
