Hi, I'm Kristina Baratta, Certified Pediatric Sleep Coach and Registered Dietitian Nutritionist

​I have a passion for helping families achieve better sleep and healthier routines. With a background in nutrition and a deep understanding of child development, I work with parents to create balanced, holistic solutions for their little ones' sleep and nutrition challenges. As a mom of 2, I have experienced it first hand and have discovered that supporting other moms and families is something I am truly passionate about!
